The complex was built in 1985 and renovated in 2002. The complex offers a total of 287 apartments/studios spread over 7 floors. The facilities include a spacious lobby with lifts, a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a games room, a TV room and Internet access. It also boasts a cosy hotel bar, a small supermarket and an la carte restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. A laundry service is also on offer. In addition, there are car-parking facilities outside the hotel.
